“Learn
everything you can, anytime you can, from anyone
you can -
there will always come a time when you
will be grateful you did.”
—Sarah Caldwell (1924 –
2006)
Brookline NH is a small, southern New Hampshire rural community
bordering Massachusetts. From Lake Potanipo to the Muscatanipus
Mountain, there are many local topographical features with
fascinating historical legends. Brookline is currently one of
the fastest growing towns in the state with a population of
approximately 4500.
Richard Maghakian Memorial School houses Pre-K through
grade 3 and has a population of 370 students. Captain Samuel
Douglass Academy houses grades 4 through 6 with a population of
302 students. The schools are supported by over 110 staff
members with Specialists traveling between the two buildings.
Brookline Schools are part of SAU 41.
Brookline has become a
community partner with the Xilinx Corporation. This
partnership affords our students at CSDA with a variety of field trips,
integrated arts performances, and the purchase of mobile NEO labs,
greatly enhancing technology integration in our school.
